I simply adored the warm and cozy decor at the hotel. The lobby had lovely seating areas with soft cushions that were perfect for relaxing. The gentle lighting throughout the hotel made it feel so inviting for us seniors. The hallways were wide and easy to navigate, and there were handrails in all the right places, which made it very accessible for us. It was a delightful atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable.

More comfortable seating in the outdoor areas would have made our vacation even better. The children of the staff were so helpful, but some more comfortable outdoor seating would have been a lovely addition for seniors.

The units are spacious with three queen beds and the location is fantastic, close to the canyon, Rodeo restaurant, train station, Route 66, downtown.

The hotel is clean and reasonably spacious with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and a great pool. As for me location is good and magnificent, right by Close to the train station, Grand Canyon and Flagstaff and the downtown area and the Grand Canyon.

The location is great, just an hour from the Grand Canyon. The hotel offers a large indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Free Continental Breakfast is also provided.

I was so thrilled to pay for a breakfast that included only a water, juice, fruit cup, granola bar, and muffin. Such a generous selection!

The rooms were updated, tidy, with a king size bed, coffee, and the air conditioning set to a refreshing 60 degrees.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo because it provides a meeting room that accommodates up to 40 conference guests. The meeting room was spacious and well-equipped, meeting both my dining and business needs during my stay.

I wished the hotel had provided a dedicated business center with printing and copying services to better facilitate my work during the expo.

I would definitely stay here again, it was a perfect place for our Grand Canyon trip.

Great location! It's right by the downtown area and near the Grand Canyon. You also have lots of fun stuff to do nearby like Bearizona. Plus, there are bars and restaurants in the area. I also checked out the restaurant attached 😋.

The location was perfect for our stay, just a 10-minute walk from A Historic 130-Mile Scenic Railroad. It's conveniently close to many other exciting attractions such as Bearizona, the Grand Canyon railway, downtown Williams, and Route 66.

The hotel was fairly clean. Our room was decent sized and exquisite. The breakfast was reasonable, very very good for a bite to eat. The team provided outstanding service. Had no problem using their easy parking. The internet was free.

The location here is amazing, surrounded by a cool area with a market and stores nearby. 🌟 The breakfast is really good and there's plenty of food to grab a bite to eat.
